Calsumo Privacy Policy
1. Controller
The data controller is [Imię i nazwisko albo nazwa firmy], [ulica, kod pocztowy, miasto, Polska]. Contact: kontakt@1px.pl. This policy covers the Calsumo mobile app and https://calsumo.1px.pl.
2. No account, progress stays on your device
Calsumo requires no account and no personal details. Your learning progress (answers, crowns, settings) is stored only on your device and is not sent to us.
3. Anonymous usage statistics (only with consent)
If you agree in the App, we collect anonymous events about how you use it: which screens and lessons you open, whether answers are correct, how long a task takes and which settings you choose. Events carry technical data: device model, OS and app version, language and a random installation identifier. We do not collect your name, email, phone number or advertising identifiers, and we do not track you across other apps or websites.
This data is processed on our behalf by PostHog (PostHog, Inc.) on servers in the European Union. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time in the More tab with the “Anonymous usage stats” switch; withdrawal does not affect processing before it. Events are kept for no longer than 24 months.
4. Purchases
Purchases are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) as independent controllers; only the Store sees your payment details. To manage paid access we use RevenueCat (RevenueCat, Inc., USA) as a processor. It receives an anonymous app identifier, transaction information (product, date, Store country, currency, subscription status) and, if you agreed to statistics, the identifier used by PostHog so that purchases can be linked to app usage. The legal bases are performance of the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in accounting for sales (Art. 6(1)(f)). Transfers to the USA rely on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses. Transaction data is kept as long as tax and accounting rules require.
5. Notifications
Study reminders are local notifications scheduled on your device. We do not send them from a server and do not know whether you enabled them.
6. Website
https://calsumo.1px.pl uses no cookies or analytics. The hosting provider may log IP addresses and basic technical data for security, based on legitimate interest, for a short period.
7. Email contact
If you write to us, we process your address and message to reply (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) for as long as the matter and any claims require.
8. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port and object to the processing of your data, and to withdraw consent. You may lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority (in Poland: the President of the Personal Data Protection Office). Because there are no accounts, identifying your analytics data requires the installation identifier; write to us and we will explain how to read it from the App.
9. Children
The App is intended for users aged 13 and over. Consent to anonymous statistics may be given by users aged 16 or older; younger users should ask a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
10. Changes
Changes to this policy are published on this page with a new effective date.
