Calsumo Terms of Service
1. Who provides the service
The Calsumo mobile app (the “App”) is provided by [Imię i nazwisko albo nazwa firmy], [ulica, kod pocztowy, miasto, Polska], tax ID [NIP] (the “Provider”). Contact: kontakt@1px.pl.
The App is distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play (the “Store”). Purchases are made in the Store under its terms; these Terms describe how you may use the App and what paid access includes.
2. What the App is
Calsumo teaches mental arithmetic techniques through lessons with theory and exercises, spaced-repetition training, challenges and tests. It is educational and does not guarantee particular learning outcomes.
No account is required. Your progress is stored only on your device. Deleting the App deletes that progress and we cannot restore it.
3. Licence
You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App for personal purposes on devices linked to your Store account. You may not copy, modify, decompile or resell the App or its content.
4. Paid access
After the introduction, full use of the App requires one of two options:
- Calsumo Lifetime: a one-time payment for unlimited access to the full App on the platform where it was purchased.
- Monthly plan: a subscription that renews every month. If you are eligible, the first 7 days are a free trial; when it ends the Store charges the first month unless you cancel earlier.
Prices are shown in the App and in the Store before you confirm, in your Store’s currency. The Store charges your Apple ID or Google Play account.
The subscription renews automatically unless you turn off renewal in your Store settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. After turning renewal off you keep access until the end of the paid period. Cancelling during the free trial costs nothing.
You can restore purchases on a new device with “Restore purchases” while signed in to the same Store account.
5. Refunds and complaints
Payments are handled by the Store, so refunds are decided by Apple or Google under their own rules (for example at reportaproblem.apple.com or Google Play support). This does not limit your statutory consumer rights.
Complaints about the App itself can be sent to kontakt@1px.pl; we reply within 14 days.
6. Personal data
See the Privacy Policy. The App needs no account and collects anonymous usage statistics only with your consent, which you can withdraw in the More tab.
7. Liability and changes to the App
We work to keep the App running correctly but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Updates may change the lessons and features; paid access covers the App in its current version. Liability towards consumers follows applicable law.
8. Final provisions
These Terms are governed by Polish law, without limiting mandatory consumer protections in your country. Changes are published on this page with their effective date and do not affect rights acquired through earlier purchases.
